Tracey Woodward

Tracey Woodward Registered Care Manager has a level 2,3,5 Leadership and Management award level 3 CYP, A1 assessors award level 4 manual handling trainer and her role is to ensure the company is running smoothly, and all standards are being meet, report any concerns to the RI/Director, keep up to date with any changes to regulations, carry out supervisions/Appraisals and recruitment days,  undertake any training requirements and be up to date with knowledge and skills required to meet the needs of clients who use our service.

Remain informed on all matters relating to service users care, gain and retain full respect from staff and provide positive feedback, maintain a good relationship with clients and their families, represent the company when attending reviews and any other meetings, complete person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

Cooperate with the CSIW and any other regulatory bodies.
