Meet The Team

Tracey Woodward
Care Manager
I have worked with Affinity Homecare Group for the past 14 years, during which time I’ve experienced both the challenges and successes of a growing organisation. It has been rewarding to see the company expand, supporting an increasing number of staff and clients.
I take great pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism and in ensuring that all staff are well trained, enabling them to deliver excellent standards of care. I am passionate about the work I do—no two days are ever the same in care, and that’s something I truly value.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking holidays and feel confident doing so, knowing that everything is in safe and capable hands and love spending time with my family and friends.
