Registered Care Manager
Emma started her working carer as a hairdresser and is still known to have a dabble doing many of the client’s hair as this can sometimes become a daunting task for some. Due to parental life Emma changed her career and managed a local pub for many years. Emma has worked in the healthcare sector since 2015 where she has gained various qualifications, train the trainer and management diplomas gaining knowledge into different areas of care. Emma started at Affinity at the beginning of her healthcare career and has since worked her way up from carer to registered manager. In her spare time Emma enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with her family especially her 2 grandchildren.

Natalie Berry
Deputy Manager (Wilmslow)
Natalie started her working carer in early years progressing up to deputy of a private nursery school. Due to life commitments Natalie then changed her carer but still wanted to be involved in the caring field, she started in the healthcare sector in 2019 and worked her way up to Senior team leader position of a nursing/end of life department. Natalie started at Affinity in 2021 as a Field Care Supervisor and progressed up to Deputy Manager. Natalie has various NCFE qualifications, train the trainer and others gaining knowledge into different areas of care. During her spare time Natalie enjoys going for walks with her dogs, spending time with her family and travelling around the UK in her campervan.
Laura Coss
Group HR & Operations Manager
Laura is our Group HR and Operations Manager. Laura has extensive recruitment and healthcare experience. She began her career in care as a community care worker, then progressed through the ranks, becoming a registered care manager for two companies in the Northwest.
Once she joined Affinity Homecare, Laura opened and developed a successful recruitment agency. After it was established, she moved into a strategic role supporting the wider group.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and their two rescue dogs.

Service Description: Affinity Home Care Group Limited provides support to adults in their own homes, helping people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in familiar surroundings.
Eligibility Criteria: Adults aged 18 and over.
Minimum / Maximum Hours of Provision: Minimum visit length is 30 minutes. We can provide support from short visits through to longer periods of care, including overnight support.
Operating Hours: Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Location / Area of Delivery: We cover Wilmslow and the surrounding areas, along with Heald Green in Stockport.
Cost of Service: Costs vary depending on the level and type of support required.
Direct Payments / Self-Funding: We accept both direct payments and self-funding arrangements.
Transport Availability: Transport can be provided where required. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile.
Accessibility Arrangements: As we provide care within people’s own homes, support can be tailored to meet individual accessibility needs and requirements.
Registration Status: We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Types of Support Offered: Day support, overnight support, short breaks and emergency respite.
