Emma Watts

Emma started in the care industry in 2015, previously she was running a pub and raising 4 children. Emma worked hard completing her level 3 health and social care diploma whilst working her way up the ranks from care worker to care coordinator in 2016, then becoming the Registered Care Manager in November 2017 and completing her level 5 leadership and management diploma. Emma has also completed the train the trainer courses in manual handling, medication and pressure area care.
