Our Care Workers

It takes a certain someone to make a great care worker. Every one of our carers is enthusiastic, compassionate and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. Our workers truly want to make a difference to someone.  We train and recruit only the very best. Throughout our recruitment and training process, we are constantly assessing and reviewing the carer workers who apply. All our carer workers along with our services are regulated by the healthcare regulatory bodies, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). Being fully regulated, it means there are meticulous procedures and checks in place to ensure that not only our care workers are of a high standard, but also the whole of our company.

Care Worker Application Process

No specific qualifications or background in care is required to become a care worker. What’s more important is that you have a natural calling to care and support our customers. We pay our care workers generously for the support they give to our customers with competitive hourly rates of pay, mandatory training, comprehensive induction process, ‘buddy-up’ scheme and extra training as and when it is needed.

Benefits

You will also benefit from a flexible work lifestyle, a supportive environment and the opportunity to work for an organisation that truly values you.

It’s because of their passion and dedication that Affinity Homecare are making a real difference to people’s lives every day.
